Con pedagogia, non solo presenta un panorama pressoch\u00e9 completo di elementi metodici, ma anche l'analisi pratica in azione, dalla scoperta iniziale al completamento, con tutte le possibili tappe intermedie, senza dimenticare utili riflessioni sulla pertinenza e sui limiti delle indagini e sul loro superamento, sulla posizione dell'analista rispetto all'oggetto della sua osservazione. Le prime due fasi preparatorie riguardano rispettivamente l'approccio al lavoro e la ricerca di documenti, fonti e contesto. La parte pi\u00f9 sviluppata del libro approfondisce le varie nozioni tecniche e sintetizza un gran numero di metodi di analisi, sia dell'armonia (sistemi storici, tradizionali, Riemann, Sch\u00f6nberg o Schenker, teoria degli insiemi, ecc.), sia di aspetti diversi come la forma, i motivi, i modi, il fraseggio, la narrazione, la retorica, la semiologia, la tessitura e la spazializzazione, e anche attraverso punti di vista meno citati come l'identit\u00e0 di genere, la musica non scritta e il metodo paradigmatico. Segue una sintesi degli approcci sopra esaminati e una breve descrizione di come i risultati dello studio possono essere comunicati. Vi \u00e8 inoltre una sintetica panoramica storica dei vari scopi e funzioni dell'analisi musicale in Occidente e, tra le appendici, un'abbondante bibliografia. Infine, sfruttando appieno le possibilit\u00e0 offerte dal web, Claude Abromont ha creato due canali video, che potranno essere ampliati in seguito, sui quali una settantina di analisi completamente
