In un volume del <em>Conoscenza svizzera<\/em>pubblicato dall'Ecole Polytechnique F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne, Joseph Tarradellas cita la costruzione, nel 1877, del primo fonografo da parte di Johann Kr\u00fcsi, appenzellese collaboratore di Edison, e ricorda l'importanza storica della citt\u00e0 di Sainte-Croix, luogo di nascita dei pionieristici marchi Paillard e Thorens, ricorda la natura rivoluzionaria del registratore portatile Nagra di Stefan Kudelski, che apr\u00ec nuovi orizzonti per i giornalisti e i fonografi, ed evoca i popolari giradischi Lenco, ancora oggi molto ricercati sul mercato dell'usato, o gli apparecchi di alta gamma prodotti da Willi Studer con il proprio nome o con il nome ReVox. Collegando questa storia all'emergere di vari sviluppi tecnologici, come l'avvento degli LP, dell'alta fedelt\u00e0, delle mini-cassette e della tecnologia digitale, e al ritorno in auge del disco in vinile tra gli audiofili, questo libro tascabile si conclude con una breve presentazione di ciascuno dei laboratori e delle aziende svizzere attive oggi nel campo della riproduzione del suono, nonch\u00e9 con una valutazione della situazione attuale e dei problemi recenti (clientela hifi ancora prevalentemente maschile, o apparecchi che consumano troppa energia).<\/p>\n<div class=\"text-section\">\n<dl class=\"picture media photo\">\n<dt><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"media photo aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revuemusicale.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/11_crit_buch_Mettraux1-1.jpg\" alt=\"Image \" width=\"180\" height=\"270\" \/><\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-section\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-section\">\n<p>Nel 1929, quando i ricevitori radio erano rari, Deharme descrisse una forma sperimentale di arte radiofonica che utilizzava il potere evocativo del suono per fare appello all'inconscio dell'ascoltatore.
