Il documento mira a porre al centro dell'istruzione musicale superiore concetti quali cittadinanza artistica, riflessione critica, imprenditorialit\u00e0 culturale e impegno sociale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='text-section'>\n<p><i>Antoine Gilli\u00e9ron -<\/i> Come possiamo quindi formare giovani musicisti di alto livello che siano anche artisti capaci di avere un impatto positivo sulla societ\u00e0 al di l\u00e0 della loro pratica musicale? L'obiettivo di questo articolo \u00e8 quello di evidenziare le buone pratiche dei nostri istituti musicali in questo ambito. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class='text-section'> <strong>Il musicista come creatore nella societ\u00e0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le idee sopra elencate in relazione alla responsabilit\u00e0 sociale e civica sono esplorate in questo articolo di punta nella loro interazione con concetti che sono stati storicamente centrali per l'educazione musicale, vale a dire l'eccellenza artistica, l'immaginazione e la creativit\u00e0 e il patrimonio musicale.<\/p>\n<p>Basato sullo specifico concetto etnomusicologico di musicking (vedi inserto), fornisce risposte dinamiche alle esigenze della societ\u00e0. Il ruolo del musicista \u00e8 quindi definito come creatore nella societ\u00e0, e questa visione \u00e8 sostenuta da un lato dall'immersione nell'ambiente artistico e dall'altro da un'esperienza pratica sostenuta all'interno della comunit\u00e0, con l'obiettivo di garantire una transizione alla vita professionale in grado di rispondere ai problemi delle comunit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Tutti i soggetti interessati riconoscono quindi la necessit\u00e0 di un cambiamento di paradigma per ripensare le basi concettuali dello spazio musicale dell'istruzione superiore. Si tratta di sostenere e rafforzare le pratiche musicali professionali che si muovono in questa direzione, prestando attenzione a questo cambiamento di paradigma e alle relazioni interdipendenti che evidenzia tra la visione, il mestiere e l'arte di un musicista e il suo impegno con e per la societ\u00e0. Mantenere questo flusso energizzante tra l'artigianato e l'immaginazione artistica, da un lato, e la rilevanza e l'impegno sociale, dall'altro, \u00e8 una sfida centrale e crescente per gli HEM del nostro Paese.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class='text-section'> <strong>Alcuni esempi tratti da HEM Svizzera<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\"L'HEMU prend ses quartiers\" \u00e8 un progetto di mediazione in cui gli studenti del Master in Educazione lavorano per democratizzare la musica nei quartieri popolari di Losanna. <\/p>\n<p>\"Les concerts du c\u0153ur\", sostenuto dall'HEM Gen\u00e8ve - Neuch\u00e2tel, consiste nel portare la musica nelle case di riposo, negli ospedali e nelle carceri, offrendo concerti gratuiti alle persone che vi abitano. <\/p>\n<p>A Lugano, la scuola di musica ha lanciato un'iniziativa per offrire agli alunni ucraini rifugiati lezioni gratuite tenute da studenti del Master of Education, in particolare quelli di nazionalit\u00e0 russa e ucraina. <\/p>\n<p>A Basilea, la presenza della Haute \u00c9cole nella societ\u00e0 \u00e8 testimoniata da diversi progetti, come la mediazione musicale nei musei, negli istituti di cura e nelle scuole, e la raccolta di fondi per gli aiuti umanitari in Ucraina.<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto \"Music in Context\" di Berna sta contribuendo a strutturare i programmi di studio organizzando i corsi di laurea e di laurea specialistica intorno al tema centrale della mediazione culturale e dei formati concertistici innovativi. <\/p>\n<p>Anche Lucerna, Zurigo e Kalaidos offrono iniziative di questo tipo, che senza dubbio danno un enorme contributo alla coesione sociale, al rinnovamento del ruolo dei musicisti nella societ\u00e0 e all'ampliamento delle prospettive di carriera degli studenti di musica. <\/p>\n<p>L'essenza della musica non risiede nelle opere musicali in s\u00e9, ma nella partecipazione alla loro rappresentazione e all'azione sociale. La musica non \u00e8 quindi tanto un sostantivo quanto un verbo: fare musica. Fare musica significa partecipare, in tutte le sue forme, a un'esecuzione musicale e il significato della musica risiede quindi nelle relazioni che si stabiliscono tra i partecipanti (compreso il pubblico) attraverso l'esecuzione. La musica fa parte di questo processo iconico e gestuale di dare e ricevere informazioni sulle relazioni che uniscono il mondo vivente. Si tratta, infatti, di un rituale attraverso il quale i partecipanti non solo imparano, ma sperimentano direttamente come si posizionano, o dovrebbero posizionarsi, rispetto agli esseri umani e al resto del mondo. Queste relazioni ideali sono spesso estremamente complesse, troppo complesse per essere espresse a parole, ma vengono espresse senza sforzo attraverso l'esecuzione musicale, permettendo ai partecipanti di esplorarle, affermarle e celebrarle.
