Foto: Monika Ritterhaus<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Questa grande musica ha avuto una lunga storia discografica, a partire dall'integrale dello stesso Rachmaninov (Naxos), che ha ispirato altri giganti del pianoforte in versioni tanto innumerevoli quanto indimenticabili. Michelangeli, ad esempio, registr\u00f2 il Quarto Concerto in stereo nel marzo 1957 per la EMI, uno dei dischi pianistici pi\u00f9 importanti di tutti i tempi, mai ritirato dal catalogo!<\/p>\n<p>Lise de la Salle possiede tutto il virtuosismo, la dinamica, la passione, la fluidit\u00e0 e la morbidezza che rendono perfettamente l'atmosfera sognante e nostalgica del linguaggio russo di Rachmaninov. L'artista si lancia nel suo lavoro con spontaneit\u00e0, posseduta dal momento stesso dell'ispirazione. A volte, con la sua <em>rubati <\/em>Nei momenti pi\u00f9 estremi, il giovane interprete spinge la libert\u00e0 musicale ai limiti della coesione, rendendo la struttura un po' episodica. Ma Fabio Luisi, partner ideale, prende ogni volta l'iniziativa, garantendo il resto del discorso. La Philharmonia di Zurigo, l'orchestra dell'opera, si \u00e8 distinta in tutti i registri e ha offerto alcuni bellissimi assoli, anche se gli archi sono sembrati pochi per un'opera sinfonica cos\u00ec densa.<\/p>\n<p>La qualit\u00e0 delle registrazioni <em>dal vivo <\/em>varia: spazioso e arioso nel primo concerto - eseguito alla Tonhalle - soffre di un certo spessore negli altri, registrati al Teatro dell'Opera. Qua e l\u00e0, l'immagine del pianoforte vacilla. Il <em>Rapsodia su un tema di Paganini<\/em>Questa versione pi\u00f9 trasparente mette in evidenza le dita brillanti e lo slancio mozzafiato del solista.<\/p>\n<p>Ma chi dice <em>dal vivo<\/em>dice <em>pubblico <\/em>! Dopo tali dimostrazioni, tutto ci\u00f2 che si desidera \u00e8 ascoltare e \"condividere\" la reazione del pubblico. Deludente! In cinque occasioni, alle ultime battute seguono silenzi bruschi e assordanti: evidentemente si tratta di montaggi! L'eliminazione dell'applauso toglie l'atmosfera del concerto.
