C'\u00e8 un elemento comune, a parte la loro origine? L'austerit\u00e0 calvinista? No, non necessariamente. A volte, un po', lo stesso: nonostante il periodo, rimaniamo saggiamente nell'ambito tonale o modale esteso e misurato. Il quartetto di Ginevra attraversa queste pagine con un'intonazione impeccabile. Fran\u00e7ois Payet-Labonne e Sidonie Bougamont (violini), Emmanuel Morel (viola) e Andr\u00e9 Wanders (violoncello) ci offrono un'ampia tavolozza di colori in un programma che inizia con il quartetto di Jean Binet (1893-1960). Si tratta di un'opera scritta con grande abilit\u00e0. Rivela un bel senso di sviluppo, originalit\u00e0 e personalit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Pierre Wissmer (1915-1992) ha scritto il suo 2<sup>e<\/sup> quartetto con una preoccupazione per la raffinatezza sonora. Pur rimanendo formalmente all'interno di uno stampo molto classico, il brano si muove all'interno di un sistema tonale molto ampio e perfettamente padroneggiato.<\/p>\n<p>Con il 2<sup>e<\/sup> quartetto <em>Divertimento<\/em> di Henri Gagnebin (1886-1977), torniamo a un mondo armonico relativamente pi\u00f9 classico. L'influenza combinata di Debussy e Ravel \u00e8 chiaramente evidente. Scritta in quattro movimenti, l'opera rivela un raffinato senso della melodia. Una musica piacevole e accattivante.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 difficile trovare un'unit\u00e0 nei cinque movimenti che compongono l'opera. <em>Celebrazione romantica<\/em> di Bernard Schul\u00e9 (1909-1996). Il suo quartetto potrebbe essere musica da film, un genere in cui il compositore si dilettava spesso. Si passa da una scena all'altra, da un'ambientazione agreste a una fuga non correlata. La personalit\u00e0 del compositore si rivela al meglio nella seconda parte.<sup>e<\/sup> movimento <em>quasi improvvisata<\/em>cos\u00ec come nelle affascinanti citazioni popolari delle 3<sup>e<\/sup> parte.<\/p>\n<p>Il titolo di questi tre preludi e ricercari di Bernard Reichel (1901-1992) stabilisce il tono. Il dolce ondeggiare ritmico dei preludi ci culla in un sogno, sostenuto dai bei mezzi toni degli esecutori. Ogni preludio \u00e8 seguito da un ricercare in cui il riferimento alle opere precedenti \u00e8 evidente. Fortunatamente, per\u00f2, non si tratta di un caso di neoclassicismo che andava di moda all'epoca tra certi compositori in cerca di nuove idee: qui c'\u00e8 una vera ispirazione. Il quartetto di Ginevra rafforza il riferimento antico con un'esecuzione priva di vibrato.<\/p>\n<p>La forza di questa registrazione risiede soprattutto nel fatto che i musicisti riescono, grazie al loro grande impegno, a cambiare stile e suono per adattarsi a ogni pagina. Interpretazioni molto intelligenti e sensibili. Cosa si pu\u00f2 chiedere di pi\u00f9?<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-30494 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revuemusicale.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Geneve_klein.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revuemusicale.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Geneve_klein.jpg 180w, https:\/\/www.revuemusicale.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Geneve_klein-13x12.jpg 13w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Quatuor de Gen\u00e8ve: Compositori di Ginevra (Binet, Wissmer, Gagnebin, Schul\u00e9, Reichel). Gallo CD 1463<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gli amanti della musica curiosi possono aver sentito parlare di Wissmer, Binet, Schul\u00e9, Gagnebin e Reichel, ma li sfido a cantare una sola linea melodica di Gaspard Fritz, Friedrich Schwindl o Nicolas Scherrer! Con questo doppio album ci dirigiamo verso il grande ignoto. A volte si potrebbe pensare che se un compositore dei secoli scorsi \u00e8 stato dimenticato, \u00e8 perch\u00e9 la sua musica non era sufficientemente interessante. Non \u00e8 cos\u00ec per questa registrazione!<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 un vero piacere ascoltare questa musica raffinata, galante ma mai superficiale. Tanto pi\u00f9 che gli esecutori articolano il loro discorso con notevole acutezza. Guidata al violino da Florence Malgoire, l'orchestra barocca del Conservatorio di Ginevra \u00e8 composta da studenti professionisti che credono in ci\u00f2 che fanno. L'equilibrio tra archi e fiati \u00e8 ideale e fa emergere ogni strato dell'architettura sonora. \u00c8 chiaro e perfettamente omogeneo. Condizioni ideali per scoprire le belle pagine sinfoniche di Gaspard Fritz (1716-1783) e Friedrich Schwindl (1737-1786).<\/p>\n<p>Il secondo CD \u00e8 dedicato alla musica da camera dei compositori sopra citati e di Nicolas Scherrer (1747-1821). I membri dell'ensemble \"Le Harmoniche Sfere\" combinano la loro profonda conoscenza di questo repertorio con una musicalit\u00e0 luminosa. Il violino lirico di Denitsa Kasakova racconta sempre una storia, sostenuto dal tocco duttile del pianoforte di Paolo Corsi, suonato su un magnifico strumento di Johann Andreas Stein (1782). A questo si aggiunge il luccichio del violoncello di Esm\u00e9 de Vries.
