Foto: Priska Ketterer\/Schott Music<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Pochi virtuosi, appena uno per secolo, hanno trasceso il loro strumento nello stesso momento in cui hanno movimentato la storia della musica. Heinz Holliger \u00e8 uno di questi. Interprete eccezionale, il compositore commuove chiunque sia disposto ad aprire le orecchie e il cuore a una delle sue opere. Ci\u00f2 che colpisce subito sono le cornici che Holliger usa per circondare la sua spontaneit\u00e0. \u00c8 una musica molto libera, molto personale, che sembra molto emancipata, ma che \u00e8 scritta all'interno di vincoli precisi.<\/p>\n<p>Questa registrazione presenta brani per violoncello, pianoforte e violoncello e pianoforte. Ogni opera inventa un mondo. Un mondo di poesia e di timbri inauditi. Se i limiti tecnici dello strumento sono spinti al limite, non \u00e8 mai per il gusto di una brillantezza artificiale. Holliger non si mette in mostra, e c'\u00e8 sempre un significato nell'andare oltre i limiti. A volte si dice che la musica di Holliger \u00e8 intellettuale. Come se questo fosse un difetto! E la sensibilit\u00e0 non \u00e8 forse una prova di intelligenza?<\/p>\n<p><em>Romancendres<\/em> \u00e8 un omaggio a Robert Schumann. Forti come un rituale, queste pagine commoventi lasceranno un segno duraturo nella letteratura per violoncello e pianoforte, grazie alla loro profondit\u00e0 e al fascino sonoro che sanno esercitare sull'ascoltatore.<\/p>\n<p><em>Feuerwerklein<\/em>Un po' di fuochi d'artificio per il 14 luglio. Viene ovviamente in mente il giorno festivo francese. Si tratta infatti di un breve brano scritto per pianoforte in occasione del compleanno del direttore della casa editrice Schott. Ci\u00f2 non impedisce a Holliger di accennare le prime note della Marsigliese in sottofondo, accarezzando gli archi.<\/p>\n<p>Un altro compleanno: quello di Paul Sacher. In occasione del suo 70\u00b0 compleanno, diversi grandi compositori hanno reso omaggio al direttore d'orchestra. <em>Ciaccona<\/em>per violoncello \u00e8 ovviamente ispirato alle lettere S-A-C-H-E-R (mi bemolle, la, do, si, mi, re). Queste note sono il pretesto per numerose e sapienti variazioni in cui si fonde il ritmo della data di nascita di Sacher, creando uno spazio sonoro teso in cui lo strumento viene utilizzato al massimo delle sue potenzialit\u00e0 sonore ed espressive.<\/p>\n<p>Questo magnifico CD si conclude con l'esecuzione di un'altra opera molto potente ed emozionante: <em>Partita<\/em>per pianoforte solo. Dopo un preludio che gioca sulle risonanze, una fuga dispiega la sua eleganza in un lontano omaggio a Bach. Un altro riferimento, questa volta a Liszt, si trova nella \"Barcarolle\" e nel \"Petit cs\u00e1rd\u00e1s obstin\u00e9\". Questi due movimenti circondano un primo intermezzo che utilizza solo suoni provenienti dall'interno dello strumento. Corde percosse, pizzicate, sfregate... Holliger parla di un encefalogramma sonoro. Un altro intermezzo ci immerge in un mondo di dolcezza attraverso glissandi prodotti dalle dita direttamente sulle corde. La <em>Partita <\/em>si conclude con una \"Ciaccona\" colorata e onirica.<\/p>\n<p>Il violoncellista Daniel Haefliger e il pianista Gilles Vonsattel mettono in campo la loro passione per questo repertorio in esecuzioni di grande intensit\u00e0.
