Foto: Alberto Venzago<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"Nicht irgendein Orchester\" (non un'orchestra qualsiasi) \u00e8 il titolo del programma dei concerti in abbonamento dell'Orchestra da Camera di Zurigo (ZKO), come lo contempla Sir Roger Norrington, attuale direttore principale della ZKO, in una foto del libretto. La sua espressione trasmette la gioia che prova nel dirigere questa bella falange.<\/p>\n<p>Sotto la direzione di Sir Roger, sempre inventivo e divertente, questi tre capolavori trasudano solo felicit\u00e0, che non ha nulla a che vedere con il tedio di certe interpretazioni freddamente meccaniche. Le registrazioni dello stesso compositore, effettuate negli anni '60 in California, sono sistematicamente pi\u00f9 veloci dei tempi indicati nella serissima partitura di Chester Music, pubblicata nel 1987. Dopo l'ascolto di questo CD, le interpretazioni di Stravinsky sembrano formali e distanti!<\/p>\n<p>Queste registrazioni, effettuate a Zurigo, offrono un ampio palcoscenico stereofonico e una chiarezza naturale, rendendo pi\u00f9 facile per l'amante della musica apprezzare il carattere e l'esecuzione di ogni strumento. Se i movimenti rapidi di questi <em>Danze concertanti<\/em> (1940-42) sono eseguiti con pi\u00f9 calma del solito, danzando con un'accattivante disinvoltura, senza tensioni esagerate o suoni forzati. D'altra parte, i movimenti lenti sono ben arrotondati: affascinano con grande fascino e lirismo. Questa musica da concerto \u00e8 stata recuperata nel 1943 per i balletti, e l'enfasi sulla sua dimensione teatrale in questa esecuzione \u00e8 pienamente giustificata. Questa qualit\u00e0 si rivela altrettanto vantaggiosa in quello che Stravinskij defin\u00ec \"un piccolo concerto nello stile del<em> Concerti Brandeburghesi<\/em> \"o <em>Querce di Dumbarton <\/em>(1938), in cui Norrington sottolinea con umorismo la componente neoclassica dell'opera. Irresistibile!<\/p>\n<p>Abbiamo confrontato diciannove <em>Storia del soldato <\/em>(<a href=\"https:\/\/old.musikzeitung.ch\/dms\/archiv\/smz\/2008\/04\/article\/archiv_04_art_strawinski-1.pdf\"><em>RMS<\/em> 4\/2008<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/old.musikzeitung.ch\/dms\/archiv\/smz\/2008\/05\/article\/archiv_05_art_strawinski.pdf\">5\/2008<\/a>) nelle versioni complete, ma \u00e8 soprattutto la <em>Suite <\/em>(senza parole) che ha reso l'opera famosa in tutto il mondo nel 1920. L'interpretazione di Norrington evoca perfettamente la drammaticit\u00e0 dei testi mancanti, anche se i quarti del violino solo sono un po' corti e lo strumento troppo vicino al microfono. Inoltre, secondo l'edizione di Chester, quando il soldato alla fine di <em>La storia<\/em>\u00e8 costretto ad andare all'inferno con il diavolo al suono del <em>Marcia trionfale<\/em>Stravinsky voleva che il percussionista rimanesse nell'orchestra. <em>pianoforte<\/em> fino alla scomparsa dei due. Ma, in California, il compositore non obbedisce a se stesso e conclude con un <em>mezzoforte<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Per quanto riguarda Sir Roger, egli sbatte la porta dell'inferno con un'impassibile <em>fortissimo subito<\/em> !
